This improves the circulation in your legs and gets you sweating.
If you really hate the idea of cardio then you may want to look into taking some yoga classes. Yoga will get you flexing and is something that you can do for a significant amount of time. Yoga is also very relaxing and great for reducing stress.
Allot of women have had success doing leg curls. These can work by standing or lying down. I recommend that you try both of them out. For the standing ones you use a weight and simply curl upwards. Get a trainer at your gym to show you how to do it properly. You only do one leg at a time. After your done with the standing ones you should move to a lying down position. For the lying down curls you will do both legs at the same time. You may want to have more weight for the lying down ones.
Finally, you should try doing an exercise called lunges. These exercises will help you work the butt area. There are many different ways of going about doing these. It would be a good idea to have your trainer show you a few different ways that you can try. All you really need is one good exercise that is effective for you.
Those exercises should give you a good place to start at. Make sure that whatever you are doing that you are working on a thigh cellulite exercise and then go from there. Working the thighs first is the most important.
